Their personal, friendly and engaging customer service is truly amazing!Alyssa is exemplary! Currently assigned as our hygienist, she is a precise scientist who meticulously examines, monitors and cleans all teeth to exacting standards in a pristine environment. Regardless of the hygienist, all within the practice are expert and equally outstanding to clean + monitor teeth while instilling proper dental hygiene.After many years with our previous dentist [*we left due to a lackluster front desk team, poor communications and overall basic service], we are delighted to have made the decision to transition to Meyer Dental Group.Their entire talented and caring team, led by Dr. Tom [and Padra, too!], is simply amazing in every way. 5 Stars! 🌟

From the moment you enter the door at Meyer Dental, you are made to feel truly valued. The desk staff are warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. All the dental staff, including Dr. Tom, do a great job of putting you at ease while explaining exactly what procedures they are doing. The staff focuses on educating you about your dental health. The equipment is all very modern and appears to be the latest technology, and the facility is immaculate. So glad we were referred to this practice!

It’s not very often that you hear people give ringing endorsements of a dentist office, but Meyer Dental group changes all that. Their staff could not be any more accommodating or polite, preparing you for your appointment. Once inside, you feel welcome, and at ease as you prepare to Visit with Dr. Meyer or a dental hygienist. They are extremely professional in helping you with dental claims on your insurance so as to minimalize out of pocket expenses. Dr. Meyer is not only an outstanding dentist, but he’s a regular guy, he lives in the community where he works, and he cares about his patients and their families well-being. I highly recommend the Meyer Dental group to anyone seeking a new dentist or hygienist, you will not be disappointed by this caring & experienced group of professionals. Oh, and lastly, don’t forget to take your complementary bag of hot chocolate chip cookies with you on your way out the door. Imagine that, they are both bakers and a dental group. Amazing.

I’ve been going to Meyer Dental for at least 15 years. I will travel 45 min to my appointment than try someone else. They are all so friendly and kind. I trust Meyer Dental with their judgement on what needs to be done. I’m fortunate enough to only see them every 6 months for a cleaning, but I wish I saw them more!
The BEST dentist experience I've ever had! If you are anything like me, and your palms get sweaty just thinking about going to the dentist, this office is for you! Dr. Meyer and staff explained each step as they went along and made me feel completely comfortable. In between the sunglasses, noise cancelling headphones, heated massage chair and the chapstick being applied for my comfort--I was much more relaxed than usual. A positive experience all around. I didn't know what to expect with my 4 year old's 1st time in the chair for a check-up. He was laughing the entire time and everyone at Meyer Dental Group made it such a great experience. He even got through a full tooth cleaning (cherry flavor and tiger tooth brush) and discovered he has 20 teeth!!

Not only do you benefit from the latest technology, but Dr. Tom and his staff are the ultimate professionals utilizing the equipment. However I think most importantly you are their first and foremost concern. Everyone in the organization treats you as family, and the care they provide is reflective of their commitment to your well being.As a testament of my trust, I just flew from Colorado Springs to Chicago so they could place a crown on a tooth. It was worth the trip.

Meyer Dental has been taking care of me and my family for 20 years. Recently I moved to Evanston and I will always drive back to Des Plaines see my favorite dentist and staff. Dr. Meyer and his team have taken care of my wife since before we were married, so when my life long dentist (also my godfather) retired I went to Dr. Meyer. He and his team are wonderful. You are treated like family every time. My son has special needs and he has always done everything he can to be sure he is comfortable and efficient with his visits. I'm not sure why someone would go to see a different dentist, but we will be clients for life.

We are overwhelmingly pleased with Meyer Dental Group! We found Dr. Meyer and his team shortly after moving to the area from out-of-state. They are so kind. So professional. So GENTLE, especially with the kids -- that was the big thing I was looking for at the time. The staff is a TEAM. They work together. They care about you and your family. Everyone is KIND and helpful. We always have good luck making our appointments. Our insurance claims are filed by Geri as we walk out the door, and the checks arrive in just a week or two. The office is clean. The equipment is high-tech. I feel we are getting the best care possible! As if all of that was not enough, they always have snacks on hand and warm, delicious cookies (the kids can be hungry when coming straight from school). They also have wifi ... so you can work while your kids get their check-ups if you want!
