I received my TMJ appliance yesterday. Had TENS treatment first. As with my first visit, the staff was incredibly attentive to meet my needs and make me comfortable. Brought me water and a blanket; checked on me periodically; were compassionate and friendly. The doctor made several adjustments so the appliance fit just right. I hope it works to eliminate my pain but if it doesn’t it’s not for a lack of trying. I don’t see them for general dentistry as they are not in any network but if you don’t mind that I’d highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Meyer Dental for several years now. Yesterday I had three old fillings removed and replaced by Ellie Meyer. I did not feel a single thing during the 2 hour procedure. At one point, I almost fell asleep while the procedure was in process! Even after the novocaine wore off, I felt no soreness or pain from the needles. Melina was the assistant, and together they made for a great experience that was totally a non-event for me. This is a perfect case of the apple falling very very close to the tree. I have been going to the Meyer Dental Group since Jerry Meyer was still practicing. Jerry, Tom, and Ellie have all taken excellent care of my teeth. When Tom took over the practice, he took the lead in state-of-the-art technology, giving his patients confidence that they were getting the most advanced care and teaching them how to respond to it. For example, clearing water from our mouths required us to suck in a straw-like instrument; we were becoming state-of-the-art patients. I've been through teeth cleaning, root canal, and implants and all the while Tom and his staff has been the most caring group imaninable. They make you feel comfortable without losing any of their natural professionalism. This makes going to the dentist like visiting old friends. One of my last experiences was having bonding replaced. This Ellie did and she couldn't have done a more perfect job. So, I need to include artistry as another quality Meyer Dental excells at. But let me end with their most important aspect: you are family whether you're greeted by Tom's beautiful wife Padra or any others on staff, you're at a bright and clean place surrounded by people who are not only experts in their field, but people who are kind and happy. Can't ask for more. And don't forget, I'm talking about being at the dentist!

This review is way overdue. Our family has been a part of Meyer Dental for over 25 years. Dr Tom, Dr Ellie & the whole staff are very kind, efficient, knowledgeable & caring. They always have the newest products & services in dental care, & continue to educate themselves about those services. I am always greeted by many smiling faces when I walk in to their very calming dental office & they always ask me how I am doing. My appointments are almost always on time & they make sure that I am comfortable when I sit in the dental chair. I appreciate that they bill my insurance for the services that I have done. Sometimes it takes me a while to get out of the office because I am talking with the staff, sharing about our families & stories about our lives. I may not always look forward to the dental procedures that I need to have done, but I always look forward to my interactions with the staff. I am glad that I can count on Meyer Dental for all of my dental needs. And of course, I always enjoy those fresh baked cookies too!

I need to leave a 10-star review. Everything about this practice is 10 stars. Doctor Tom is incredible with his demeanor and his skills. The apple does not fall far from the tree as his daughter, Doctor Ellie, was rushed into service as a piece of my crown had chipped off over the weekend. Doctor Ellie was extremely professional and very calming throughout the entire process. She removed what was left of the old crown, created a new crown and placed it perfectly within my smile. Again, 10 stars for everyone at Meyer Dental Group.

I have always been scared to go to the dentist since I was a little kid. I started to go to Dr. Meyer because when my son was 5, my parents brought him there. He was so relaxed and had no problem going in for any of his visits. I figured I would give them a try, and now I would never change practices. While I still have anxiety before going in, I am able to relax knowing that Dr. Meyer and his staff are so Amazing, knowledgeable, up to date with all technology, and really Care about their patients. They feel like family, and treat their patients as if they are part of their family too.
